Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Huntfolio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Huntfolio.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the resumes, portfolios, and other content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service (including generating PDFs and, if you choose, publishing your portfolio to a destination you select). You are responsible for the content you publish.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t upload unlawful content or content you don’t have the right to use.
• Don’t misuse the referral marketplace, impersonate others, or attempt to reveal another user’s contact details without their consent.
• Don’t abuse the AI features or attempt to bypass usage limits.

4. AI features

AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is to assist you; you decide what to accept. We don’t guarantee any particular job outcome, interview, or ATS result. Free AI usage is subject to a daily token allowance.

5. Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Huntfolio is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
